Labor Management Panel on Substance Abuse and Recovery

The Labor Management Panel will present some ongoing best practices across the industry about how to proactively manage and support individuals in recovery.  Come learn how BTEA Member, Dave Argus of Karas & Karas Glass and Shawn Nehiley of Ironworkers Local #7 help those in recovery get back on their feet and get back to work while staying sober. In addition, Jim Morgan, President of Worcester Air will discuss the benefits of utilizing a drug testing program and what he does as an employer to keep track of his employee’s health, and how it has benefited his company and his industry.
